Expert and considerate service – the engineer arrived during the agreed period. He knew exactly what he was doing, and explained his process and how to stop the fault reoccuring (don’t overstack the dishwasher). He was charming and while he was there had a look at our oven to confirm which latch we needed to order to fix it ourselves. Could not ask for more!
