We received an absolutely first class service!
Our Samsung fridge freezer was not cooling and we tried to get help from Samsung, the manufacturer. Unfortunately their customer service was dreadful so therefore we had no alternative but to try elsewhere. We phoned NAC after getting the number online. Within a couple of hours and with a very reasonable call-out charge an engineer was on site. He was a very polite and professional man who persevered and got the problem sorted within no time. We were very pleased as there were no hidden charges. We can highly recommend to anyone needing a competent, reasonably priced service to mend their appliance.
