I booked a repair and they said they would have to alter the time slot. This would not suit me but they said the engineer would ring when he was close, and he did. It was earlier than stated by the company but spot on for me as a recipient of the service. The engineer assessed the job, set about the repair and explained exactly what he was doing. He was pleasant, easy to communicate with and did a near perfect repair. He tidied up after himself and left us on a high note job completion. Dan was a very knowledgeable engineer.
