Next day time slot for repair. Engineers arrived dead on end of slot but I had had text saying that they were on their way. Friendly efficient service.

Company was contacted after a failure in in an electric oven fan heating element.
The fee for an engineer visit was agreed and it was made clear parts would be an extra cost.
I was told the engineer would ring me and call on the same day.
The engineer Darryn rang me within half an hour to say he would be with me in about half an hour.
On arrival, he quickly checked the oven, and found he had the appropriate spare part in his kit.
In less than 1 hour the part was fitted and the oven was tested and working.
Engineer was here within an hour or so of me calling,fault found ,sorted and machine tested and back in service in about 30minutes later .
