A great company with a great engineer, the whole process from booking to the arrival of the engineer was seamless, we were kept informed at regular intervals on the progress of the repair booking.
The engineer was professional and very efficient and in next to no time he had our oven out and on his work bench diagnosing the problem. He was very pleasant and informative on what he was doing.
The engineer diagnosed the problem and requested a quote for a replacement part before he left our house.
