Took one look at fridge/freezer and knew instantly what was wrong. Explained the working process of a freezer and what had gone wrong.

Great service from friendly and knowledgeable engineer. We have an unusual dishwasher, Fisher Paykel but our engineer had been trained on the machine and quickly identified the problem. No spare parts need so just charged the call out charge .
