The repair was carried out by the engineer, he left the machine working perfectly. He cleaned up after he had finished, very pleased

Great service from engineer. It’s a shame we were charged when there was nothing to repair. Expected at least a reduced charge.
Arrived between time stated, able to fix problem as pipe to reservoir blocked which had leaked on to my floor and unable to drain and dry out as normal on American style FF.Vacuum and cleaned area reasonably priced.

Great service, answered my call during lunchtime, clarified my issue, assured me an engineer would be with me today or any day suitable for me. They advised me that the engineer would call me half an hour before he arrived, which he did and was with me within an hour of my call.
