Booked problem on Thursday evening, arranged visit for Monday next day,and cooker repaired by 10 am on the Monday.It’s nice when somebody does what they promise to do.

Our engineer was very professional and polite, and i felt immediately at ease. He showed me the damaged part and explained the fault. I was very happy with the service – I specified after 2pm, he arrived at 2.15, and I would absolutely recommend the company to others. Easy to book, and no payment is required upfront, unlike some other companies that request your card details or want to tie you in with a policy arrangement. Thank you – saved us from having to buy a new appliance which would have cost us alot more!

I had a prompt visit from Ashleigh the really lovely engineer & he found the faults with my oven straight away. Ordering & paying for the parts was very straight forward. However, whilst waiting for said parts another problem arose with my bottom oven!! I was overly optimistic that I could perhaps have had a discount on this 2nd call out, due to me awaiting parts for the previous fault…NO LUCK THERE. Whatever, Ashleigh returned with all the 3 parts for both my repairs & was no time fitting them.
Prompt arrival, quickly solved the problem (heating element come adrift from roof of oven). Very pleasant engineer undertook the work.
The technician was very professional and knowledgeable as well as skilful in his communication of his investigation. The problem appears to have been resolved but we have confidence that if we have further problems we can engage NAC again.
