This was not in fact a repair as such, but more a case of making adjustments to our dishwasher with a view to mitigating the effects of limescale build-up which had reached the stage where the machine was unusable. This process involved the engineer providing useful advice in terms to how best to use the machine going forward and to change the the water hardness setting to the correct level . The results are now excellent, but we are still left with previously washed glasses where we are finding it impossible to remove the limescale deposits (not of course the fault of NAC or the engineer, but the result of the problems that we encountered which led to us to contact NAC)
