Very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Swift service out to me within 24 hours. Kris knew what the problem was with my tumble dryer just by listening to it run for 30 seconds and fixed it there and then really quickly. I was given advise on how to improve my upkeep to keep it running better, more efficiently and for more years. Cannot recommend enough fabulous service.

Really quick and great communication. The guy who came out was lovely, really polite – clearly very knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. The part we needed wasn’t available on the day but was ordered same day and fitted within days. Really chuffed to not have to buy a new machine! Excellent work. Would not hesitate to immediately contact again if we had another issue.
Problem identified and part ordered promptly. James did a great job fixing our fridge saving about £700 buying a new one.
