Technician was punctual, thorough in his assessment, which he carried out in a pleasant professional manner, providing advice to any questions we may have had.
I contacted them at 8.30 in the evening and had an appointment at 8.30 the next morning. Darren kept in touch to let me know when he would arrive. He was tidy, polite, efficient and got my washing machine back to working in about half an hour. Like that I could pay beforehand and everything was included in the price. Definitely would use them again.

It’s never great to spend £265 on a call out/oven door! However the engineer arrived on time, was very courteous and helpful and was able to fix the problem without difficulty. The text messages were a great way to arrange appointments too.

Absolutely amazing service, after being let down by another company yesterday and told there was going to be another weeks wait to get an engineer to me, I had attempted to call NAC yesterday evening, but it was after closing. This morning a lovely lady called me and said she could have an engineer to me today, within 20 mins I had a call from the engineer to say they would be there in 10 mins. The engineer who came was lovely and the problem fixed quickly for the agreed price with no hidden charges.
