This week we finally decided to start using the dishwasher that came fitted with the house we bought.
We tried to get it working ourselves over 2 days,but failed,including having to bail out water that wouldn’t drain away.
The decision was made to get someone in to fix it, and explain how it worked.
We trawled on the internet,and decided to contact NAC,who said they could help and that they could come that same afternoon.So,Chris arrived within 2hours,and soon found that the outlet was blocked up, and one of the connecting pipes was installed upside down.Soon afterwards the dishwasher was working correctly, and Chris gave us a teach in on to operate it correctly.
We were impressed with Chris,who was very polite and helpful, which reflects well on Nad as a Company.
We are pleased with the outcome, and would be happy to use them again.

So easy to book an appointment for an engineer to call. Email and txt updates kept me fully in formed. Engineer arrived at the time set, he was polite and friendly and got my washing machine working again.
