Great communication, very responsive. Knowledgeable engineer, knew what the problem was as soon as he heard it from the front door (which could be frustrating considering the callout fee but I didn’t know what it was…). Identified part, ordered, delivered from Netherlands and fitted within the week. Overall, happy it’s now fixed.

I called NAC this morning and they sent someone out within a few hours to deal with a fridge freezer problem. The engineer arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Nothing else for me to pay on top of the call out as no parts were needed. Freezer sorted and I’m delighted with the service.
The engineer was very polite and very helpfull with telling me what had happened with our appliance and what to do if it happens again

Sorry but I can’t remember the engineers name. He explained what had gone wrong with my Frost free freezer and he also explained how he fixed it. He said give us a call if anything goes wrong. Also he said that he had tightened a loose door handle on my fridge compartment.
