I booked a dishwasher repair. This was for an issue that the manufacturer engineer had failed to repair. NAC were half the price of a Hotpoint engineer. The engineer arrived next day at the agreed time, understood the issue straight away and found a way to fix the dishwasher. There engineer was worked quickly, was friendly and able to think of a more effective solution. NAC were quicker, cheaper and better at the job than the manufacturer. We were very happy with the service and have recommended NAC already.
The engineer arrived when he said. He was efficient and recognised what was wrong immediately. He did what he promised and got the price of the replacement parts. As it was the compressor and something else it worked out to be more cost effective to get a new freezer and he put no pressure on me to have the freezer repaired.
Great experience, dishwasher wasn’t working properly engineer was booked for the next working day. The problem is diagnosed. The part was ordered and fitted two days later cost was really reasonable too, highly recommend

I had never dealt with this company before. They were efficient and within 5 minutes an engineer rang and came the next day. He was efficient, polite and helpful. He temporarily fixed the problem with my tumble dryer which wasn’t 2 years old. He then returned with the new part and fixed the machine. Definitely use NAC again. Was most impressed.
