My washing machine was filling up even when not switched on the engineer identified the fault straight away discussed it with me and went ahead and done repair. Engineer was on time and very polite and helpful would definitely recommend.

An excellent service. Nick was superb. He unblocked the pipes in my 20 year old Miele washing machine so it was no longer leaking from the soap drawer. He gave all the pipes a thorough cleaning and gave a useful tip to clean it once a month on a hot wash with a dishwasher tablet to help remove grease, who knew! He said to run on a quick wash empty afterwards to make sure any future clothes washed are not affected by the dishwasher tablet.

The engineer came within 24 hours of the request for service. He had texted previously to tell us when he was coming and arrived when he said he would. The fault, a faulty fan oven heating element, was diagnosed and fixed with a part he had with him within 30 minutes. The charge was as advertised.
