I particularly appreciated being able to talk to the repairman before he came. I described the part that had failed which meant he could order it and have it available when he came. He was charming and knowledgable and successfully completed the repair efficiently. He arrived within the time window indicated, having updated me before arrival. A good experience for a fair price. Rang NAC about a fridge freezer repair, they put me in touch with an engineer in my area who was available the next day. He rang me and was able to attend that morning! He sorted out our problem quickly and thoroughly. He was both friendly and polite.

The engineer called us early on the day of repair and said he would be with us after 3pm. He arrived just after 3.
He was very polite and professional and repaired our cooker in no time saving us a lot of money at the same time.
He thoroughly tested the cooker and left after we paid for the service.

Your office took all the details that the engineer would need on the telephone in advance and he was able to quickly check this off when he arrived. He was very efficient and thorough. We are delighted that our old machine is now working well and running smoothly.
Excellent service from the initial phone call to the job being completed. Clear communication about costs and the timing of the contractor’s visits. Would definitely use this service again having had several dire experiences with local tradespeople.
