Easy to contact to arrange call-out. Quick and punctual arriving same day as initial phone call. Engineer efficiently identified problem with the oven. New part ordered there and then. New part installed the same day it was delivered.
It was easy to book the repair wuth a fixed price for attendance and labour wuth a good choice of days for the visit.
I received notification of eta the purvis evening.
When the engineer came, he quickly found the cause of the fault and rectified it right away.

This is the 2nd time we’ve used NAC and as previously the service was very good. Appointment dates and eta’s were kept as scheduled and engineer was tidy in his work and very professional. We were kept up to date by txt every step of the way. I would definitely recommend NAC.
