From the minute I contacted this company to its conclusion I felt that I was in good hands! The receptionist was empathetic, reassuring and knowledgeable. I was overjoyed that an engineer could attend on the same day! (I had tried another company and it would be a weeks wait!) The engineer identified the problem immediately and solved the problem whilst giving me useful advice. Perfect!
Excellent service from start to finish . Engineer arrived after just 3 hours from me making the call. He contacted me 30 minutes before the visit to tell me what time he would be arriving. He looked very professional and was extremely polite and respectful.
More importantly he explained what was wrong with my appliance and what action he would be taking to complete the repair. Which he did I’m very pleased to say .
