NAC responded quickly with our call out request. The engineer (Ian Pittas) was brilliant. He arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem within five minutes. We were facing a costly repair for a machine that was only 2.5 years old. Even though we were outside the warranty period Ian gave us great advice to contact the seller to pursue some kind of recompense. After I contacted them Ian provided a report that led to the seller issuing a substantial refund. Without his advise and support we would have been severely out of pocket. Excellent, honest service from a highly skilled and experienced engineer.

Engineer was friendly and efficient, completing the job promptly and fault, blocked drain to freezer, was rectified within minutes! Good job if a bit expensive for just a defrost!

Engineer arrived within 10mins. of booking the call. Fault repaired very quickly and efficiently. Engineer, Danny, was a very pleasant and cheerful person. I would definitely use the company again.

Repair carried out swiftly and on time

NAC attended the day after I rang them – Tom arrived on time after ringing to check directions. He was courteous and efficient (finding a blocked pipe), and didn’t ask for payment until the work was finished.
Unfortunately when we used the washing machine the following day the same fault reappeared.
NAC arranged for Tom to revisit two days later (first opportunity) and he cleared another blockage after checking with a colleague on possible causes for the fault with our particular make of machine.
I have given 5 stars despite the two visits, as I wasn’t charged for the second one as advertised, Tom had checked for possible fault causes before reattending and so cleared the fault quickly. The washing machine is now working properly and the work is guaranteed for 3 months.
Single fee for callout seemed very reasonable to me.

First class service from this company. Easy to contact, kept you informed at each stage of the repair process. All staff were very helpful, in particular Ashley David the Engineer, who was polite, friendly, very organised, careful and most professional, and a credit to NAC.
