The company responded quickly to my request, and arranged for an engineer to attend that same day. Later that morning an engineer came, ascertained the problem with the washing machine, and promptly fixed it in a very short space. The engineer was polite, friendly and efficient.

Arrived on time and quickly rectified the fault with our tumble dryer. When it came to the bill for the parts, the engineer thought the price seemed wrong. Went out of his way to check and the final price was substantially smaller.

Engineer came out quickly and was polite. The cost was made very clear throughout – £90 for a call out. He looked at the machine and let me know it needed a new pump, I ordered this from NAC and it was £40, Nick the Engineer then came back when the part arrived and fitted it and that was included in the original £90. He fitted it very quickly on his second visit. Very good company!
