Excellent timely service and communication throughout the whole process. Though the engineer could not fix the problem on the day, he provided various options to us including the cost of parts/labour to fix it or just buying a new washing machine and also providing a quote for everything on the same day. Call out charge was also reasonable. Will use them again in the future.

Really quick in responding and professional engineer arrived with lots of knowledge. The engineer rang prior and arranged a time, when he turned up he was able to give me the options for repair or replace, which allowed me to make the right decision on the next steps rather than shelling out money unnecessarily. Handy point was that he even told me the kitchen fitters had not fitted my dishwasher correctly which probably contributed to the breakdown in the first place, so now I’m better armed during the next installation
