I found NAC’s website easy to use and to book an engineer. I also found it helpful receiving text reminders and ETA information. The engineer was professional and informative. The job was carried out quickly and he cleaned up after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased and impressed by the prompt action when my washing machine failed on me. It shows a company who communicate well with both customer and staff. I was kept in touch throughout. Paul arrived after a none too easy journey here as my road was closed and the only was to my village was by a difficult diversion. He worked tirelessly and checked my machine thoroughly . I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
First class service with very pleasant engineer
My washing machine was leaking and the engineer came out the next day, he told me what was causing the problem and the new part was ordered the same day, the same engineer was Dan and he came back after a few days to install it and explained everything that he was doing which was very helpful. I would call this company again if i ever have any more problems, and would recommend them to family and friends.

Took a little longer than expected for an engineer to be available. However on the day of the appointment, I had a call to let me know what time he was arriving and then the fault was identified and dealt with swiftly so really impressed with the competence and knowledge of the engineer. Didn’t even have to wait for any parts to be ordered! Great service.
