Engineer was polite, professional, friendly and worked quickly and cleanly. He gave me advice when asked about how to avoid the same thing happening again.

Loe, the repair man was excellent, he called me to let me know how long he would be before he arrived, glad he did as it was getting a bit late, Leo fix the microwave start button which was causing an issue with no problem, no other parts were needed, quick and efficient and a really nice guy. Rang re problems with oven , came next day , in specified time , friendly, courteous engineer, unfortunately oven couldn’t be repaired , was given adv , recommended best type of oven and number of shop for new oven which was then replaced a few days later , prices spot on too 😀
