Contacted NAC after our fridge/freezer stopped working overnight. Really easy to book online and they called same day with appointment. Prompted arrival and really polite service. Part had to be ordered, I was kept in contact with arrival time and was fitted day it arrived. Fantastic service and would definitely recommended

One of the thermocouples had fused to
It’s bearing and they spent 45 minutes with pliers, a hammer, a blow torch and a drill extracting it.

I am sure most would have just given up when it first refused to budge.

Having wasted time on another company who failed to respond I was lucky to get a cancellation appointment on the same day I rang NAC. Good communications from NAC and Daniel was excellent. He rang me with update on timings and arrived and was able to sort my appliance out within 45 mins
