From the initial telephone booking, staff were very professional and friendly. Price quoted immediately and date booked for repair. Text and email alerts received with confirmation and engineer name. Engineer was very knowledgeable and helpful. Appliance fixed within 20 minutes. I would definitely use this company again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. The repair man contacted me, I told him my dishwasher door springs had broken, eliminating the need for an initial call out. I sent him a photo of the serial number and model of appliance and parts were available for fitting 2 days later.
Fitter contacted with a time, which was so accurate. He/Rob was incredibly polite and efficient, fixing my intergrated dishwasher door in no time. Paid by bank transfer while here.

Received a text to let me know Engineer on his way. Arrived soon after. My Neff double oven is 14 years old and still in excellent condition but it was worth trying to get it repaired. It would have been an easy job if he could have got the part. He looked on several sites but because of its age he couldn’t get the part. I told him I had been looking on line at a new oven before he arrived. Stuart even rang me back the next day with a price for the oven I was looking at online. Although there was no repair I would recommend this company for their helpfulness and speedy response.

They assigned me an engineer to repair my dishwasher. A visit to review appliance was soon arranged. information about ordering parts and expected arrival of these was clear and honest. Engineer did a really good job!
Our dishwasher wasn’t working properly and I came across this company. I filled in the screening question and stated we wanted an engineer to visit the same day. Within minutes I got a text with the engineers number. I called him and he said he would arrive in the afternoon. He inspected the appliance and we learnt that we needed to order a part. So we did that directly from the manufacturer, and once we got the part, the engineer came back and fit it without charging a second call out fee. Mustafa was the engineer and I can guarantee I’ll be using this company again if other appliances stop working!
Quick response to arranging an appointment. The engineering came within a couple of days and was polite and extremely knowledgeable with our model of cooker. He identified the issues and told us our options clearly. A quote for parts was received later that evening and we are to arrange their fitting when he has received the parts.
Even though we didn’t get our fridge freezer repaired we were given sound advise how to go forward and not waste any more time & money.
