The company does what it says. Their response was very prompt, I was kept informed as to progress and the repair was carried out cheerfully and efficiently. The price charged was very reasonable. All in all a company it is a pleasure to deal with.

Engineer came out next day, fixed washing machine on that day which saved me buying another machine, very good service and friendly engineer, would definitely use them again.

Our Samsung fridge freezer was not cooling and we tried to get help from Samsung, the manufacturer. Unfortunately their customer service was dreadful so therefore we had no alternative but to try elsewhere. We phoned NAC after getting the number online. Within a couple of hours and with a very reasonable call-out charge an engineer was on site. He was a very polite and professional man who persevered and got the problem sorted within no time. We were very pleased as there were no hidden charges. We can highly recommend to anyone needing a competent, reasonably priced service to mend their appliance.

Called and had a visit the next day from a lovely technician Dylan, he found the fault rapidly with our cooker. He ordered the part as this was a older model and returned to complete the repair a few days later. Very happy with the service provided.
