The NAC website explained the process of booking an appointment, the cost of call-out etc, the contact process and it all went exactly as described. I booked an appointment, got a text with the time slot the night before and got a visit from a polite and clearly experienced engineer called Dylan. Couldn’t fix on the spot, but ordered the part and I was notified when it had arrived so I could book in a date for fitting. One call out fee covered the diagnosis and the fix.
In less than 48 hours from my initial enquiry my fridge freezer was fixed. The engineer got in touch with a time slot. Came at the arranged time and sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently. Great!

I have only ordered the new part for my smeg oven and not had it fitted yet.
Arrived promptly, on time, identified failures on both machines. We agreed he should fix the Bosche and we’d bin the Miele. He was a day late getting a new wash pump but that was OK – he called us to update and duly came and fitted the pump. We have silence again.
