My Oven was not working for a while and i called NAC for repair, spoke to customer service informed me how much it would cost which i agreed and made arrangements immediately for Oven to be fixed. I had a notification after spoken to the customer service and the engineer came on time on the date slot and fixed the oven with minimal cost which i am now enjoying using again. Thanks to NAC, i am very grateful.

Engineer was polite and did a good job
I booked a repair and they said they would have to alter the time slot. This would not suit me but they said the engineer would ring when he was close, and he did. It was earlier than stated by the company but spot on for me as a recipient of the service. The engineer assessed the job, set about the repair and explained exactly what he was doing. He was pleasant, easy to communicate with and did a near perfect repair. He tidied up after himself and left us on a high note job completion. Dan was a very knowledgeable engineer.
