Second time we’ve used NAC, brilliant both times. First time was for our fridge freezer, Chris (I think) fixed it within half an hour, this time it was our Bosch oven, Chris came again, identified the part required, ordered it and came back a few days later to complete the repair. No hidden charges, website easy to use, engineer quick knowledgeable and polite. Would thoroughly recommend.
Contacted NAC for a faulty washing machine, which is now fixed. I have been completely delighted with the service provided, which was excellent from start to finish. Communication throughout was exceptionally clear and timely. The engineer attended when expected, the required new part was ordered immediately and a follow up appointment scheduled as soon as it arrived. Not only is the machine now working perfectly, but the part is guaranteed and should the same problem occur again, there will be no charge. I will definitely use NAC again – they provide a quality result, with great efficiency and genuine care for the needs of their customers.

Rob, the engineer, contacted us and came out exactly when he said he would. He carried out a temporary fix while waiting for parts and came back out a soon as the parts arrived. He was friendly and professional, would not hesitate to recommend.
The serviceman was excellent. The problem was minor; cooker fan not working as it should. He diagnosed the problem, but the cooker hood is old and not made anymore. To mend it would mean major alterations to the kitchen. So we agreed NAC could do no more at the time. His advice and approach were just what I wanted. Many thanks, rob
