I had already diagnosed what the problem was myself as the dishwasher door was not closing properly. The engineer realigned the door catch very quickly and solved the problem. It took about the same time for me to part with £99 for his troubles!

Right at the start from bringing the car in the young lady on the desk was very kind telling me what was going to happen and asked if i wanted a coffee or tea. I spoke to Matthew while i waited and he put me right about what i need to do with my car.
