Engineer arrived well within time slot. Friendly nature. Diagnosed problem with AEG fridge/freezer and checked everything was working satisfactorily before he left. Have used NAC before and will again, if necessary. Highly recommended.
Tested electric imputed point first found not to be earth which I had no clue about so advised me to get it tested then found fault on machine once fixed tested it to see it was working properly then put the machine back very pleased with the service and the way he explained every step
