The engineer was very tidy & conscientious and carefully & diligently set about his work. He cleaned up after himself and put everything back as it was, with the appliance now working as ‘good as new’.

I booked an engineer to look at my broken gas cooker and NAC were able to send someone the very next day.
The engineer was polite and considerate and resolved the issue with my cooker.
Call out and labour costs were clearly explained and paid for before the booking was made, so the only possibility for extra charges was for spare parts.
The overall cost of repair (including the spare parts I needed) was very reasonable and I will definitely use NAC again.
