Very Efficient with good communication. Arranged contested to visit following morning and repair carried out quickly and professionally

After phoning to enquire about my problems an appointment was made very quickly and an engineer arrived a couple of days later. Parts were ordered straight away and the job was completed earlier than expected.

The best service and fixed…Would have liked a new hose but what he did seems to work and so far I’ve had no leeks.

Although we had to wait for over a week for the engineer. Obviously because so busy. He arrived assessed the situation and confirmed unable to repair. He advised what would happen next confirming he would advise needed a replacement as could not be fixed. Within 24 hours we had a variety of texts keeping us in the loop as to what was happening. We then on the 2nd day having be told it could be 5-7 we received a text message including a Curries
voucher to go and purchase a new machine. So much quicker than expected. Service and staff very efficient and a credit to the company.
