A great experience from the beginning to the end. The NAC receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our service appointment was quickly organised for the next day. The service engineer, Richard, rang us later on the same day to give us a time window for the next day. Richard arrived at the expected time and as this was an intermittent fault in our dishwasher, he tested out a range of possible reasons. He was patient and thorough.
