Really quick in responding and professional engineer arrived with lots of knowledge. The engineer rang prior and arranged a time, when he turned up he was able to give me the options for repair or replace, which allowed me to make the right decision on the next steps rather than shelling out money unnecessarily. Handy point was that he even told me the kitchen fitters had not fitted my dishwasher correctly which probably contributed to the breakdown in the first place, so now I’m better armed during the next installation

Found them on the internet local to us. Came to the house on the day we wanted and duly turned up in the time scale. The serviceman phoned me to say he would be at our house in 15 mins, thumbs up from me excellent communication skills and very professional and friendly when he turned up, he diagnosed the problem within minutes but had to order the part. We had to pay a call out fee and a part for the broken oven. When the part arrived the same serviceman came round again and fitted the part. All in all the job took just over a week to complete. The service was excellent I could not complain whatsoever, the only thing was the delay in completing the whole job but we managed without much difficulty. The part came with a year’s guarantee. So overall great job guys and I would recommend them to anyone.
