Chris made 2 visits to fix my Cannon cooker. He was a really friendly, informative and efficient engineer who kept me fully aware of what he was doing to correct the faults.
The customer service people were also great and made sure the oven was sorted before Christmas. Can’t praise them highly enough. Will definitely use them again.

What made this company so good was they did what they said they would do at the price they said it would cost on the day they said they would do the repair. The engineer was exceptional so much that I feel we have found a company we can trust with our household repairs. The service was brilliant from start to finish we could not fault it and repair fixed on one visit. With such service level why look anywhere else. Thank you NAC

The engineer arrived on time and the initial communication was brilliant including checking our machines details to make sure the correct parts were ordered.
When he arrived he made an excellent job of repairing our dishwasher.

The website is clear and the confirmation immediate. I booked the wrong date, so rang the company and was given a new date straight away. The engineer confirmed his visit on the day, and he came within the time-slot given. He was professional, amiable, efficient and explained what was wrong, what he was doing to correct it and how I might avoid the problem in future.

My year old under counter freezer suddenly stopped working after I had to hastily move following an extremely frightening burglary. I booked a repair with NAC and was SO impressed with how up to date they kept me on the dates and times their engineer would be arriving, so refreshing after being let down by so many other tradesmen recently. The engineer came and told me very quickly and honestly that he could smell coolant gas coming from my freezer and after some checks, advised me that repairs would cost me more than a new appliance. I greatly appreciated his honesty as my budget is tight after all my moving expenses and the losses incurred from the burglary as I’m waiting on a decision from the ombudsman. He was friendly, honest and really kind and professional throughout and I’d not only happily use NAC again but recommend them to friends and family too. A really skilled and professional company that clearly are very customer focussed.
Although not a next day visit as the advert states – 4 working days – I had to change it again due to diary commitments. The engineer was clean, tidy, polite and efficient. Although the inspection took place without removing the fridge and looking at the working parts – he said that he believed it to be working ok and we were to monitor it – if there were any problems they would come out again at no charge.
I was kept in touch about attendance times and delays due to traffic traffic so I was not tied to the front door. The visits were brief and efficient.
