Service engineer arrived at appointed time and was very proficient in making the repair to the washing machine.
Excellent timely service and communication throughout the whole process. Though the engineer could not fix the problem on the day, he provided various options to us including the cost of parts/labour to fix it or just buying a new washing machine and also providing a quote for everything on the same day. Call out charge was also reasonable. Will use them again in the future.
