Engineer kept me informed of expected time of arrival which was changed.
Asked for information on the problem so brought spare parts. Described what he did and dishwasher now working better.

The company did exactly what it said it would do, exactly when it said it would do it. The engineer turned up when he was supposed to and explained everything he in turn needed to do. he also seemed to be a friendly decent sort…..highly recommended !!
Everything has been very easy. Getting an appointment online; the engineer turning up on time and diagnosing the problem; him ordering the part; a new appointment for installation; and all going well thereafter. Absolutely no complaints.

We chose NAC because they were local to us. It was easy to book the visit and the engineer came when he said he would. He was quick, efficient and very personable and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. The engineer was polite and tidy found the problem, informed us we needed parts, company quoted price for repair. Engineer returned fitted parts and appliance was repaired all without fuss.
