Quick turnaround from my initial phone call until the engineer arrived was reassuring (especially as there was an associated water leak) – unfortunately the issue meant we needed a new appliance but having a specialist washing machine repairer rather than a plumber meant the issue was identified straight away (foreign object in the drum had created a hole within the machine body!?) and we could get a working washer again asap. Has cost us a bit but ultimately could have been far worse had the diagnosis not been made straight away
