My problem was dealt with very efficiently indeed. An engineer came out and repaired my machine within 24 hours of my having reported the fault.

Rang the company, They quoted the price and stuck to it. We were given a time from the engineer for the repair visit and he turned up on time and within the hour the machine was back in operation.
