Hard working professional guy who wouldn’t give up until the job was complete and he had found the fault. Service was honest and totally efficient. What a nice surprise to see that these qualities are still available in a workforce and a company.

A quick call and within two days the engineer was out to fix our washing machine, not only did he fix the issue he showed me how to reset the tumble dryer part of the machine and also a quick fix on my cooker while he was here.

The engineer made contact to ask to come a day early that was great. He was friendly and provided a great service. This is the third time this company has been used by myself and two other people I know. I would be happy to use them again instead of those useless insurance companies.
Engineer turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. As it was a ten year old Miele dishwasher, the cost for spare parts made a repair uneconomic. So we’ve bought a new Bosch instead!
Next day response. Impressed by engineer. He was competent, polite, helpful and articulate.

They called to give a 25 mins notice of arrival, they were polite, quick, and clean.
The repair man kept me informed by phone as to when he would turn up, which I found helpful.
He was polite and fixed the oven and therefore we are happy.
The only think I would add is that it would have been informative to get an invoice so that we could see the breakdown of the costs of labour and materials.
Overall though, very happy.
