Able to book the repair easily with on line or telephone. Kept well informed of the engineer’s arrival. Knew in advance how much it would cost. Engineer kept me updated on his progress to hit the repair slot.

Andrew turned up on time and fitted new part to tumble dryer. He explained what the problem was and repair was done in 30 mins. Very profesional serviced. Would be happy to use NAC for any other domestic appliance repairs in future.
