Tumble with broken heater, initial call out cost quoted upfront and we were then only charged for the part that was needed, second visit to fit was included in the original charge. Very nice people to deal with and kept us informed throughout. Would use again
The Engineer was very good… In quick , diagnosed the fault and when the part was eventually received came and fitted it without delay. Very efficient, polite and courteous.
We were able to book an appointment within a time frame that suited us at very short notice. The company was amazingly easy and efficient to deal with and the repairman who came was friendly, efficient and did the repair very fast.

The guy doing the repairs, telephoned in the morning after I made the ‘booking’ and said he hoped to arrive between 2 and 6. He came about 2.30 and it was all done by 4.pm. He was helpful and explained everything as we asked.

Arrived on the day expected. As it turned out the machine was beyond economic repair and they were clear about that and gave us advice about what to do next. Both engineers were friendly and helpful.
Leaking washing machine. Tried NAC for the first time after seeing them online, and checking them out here on Trustpilot. They really are fantastic. Initial call was handled really well. All the notifications about appointments were efficient. Very competitive pricing for the callout/diagnosis, and you don’t pay any extra for them to come back and fit the required parts. Max, the engineer was a top bloke. In a world where this type of business activity can have a bad reputation, they were brilliant. Would definitely recommend!
