My dishwasher stopped working. A phone call or two had an engineer turning up the next day (calling when he was 15 minutes away).
Quick disgnosis, rough idea of cost given (about half the cost of a new machine), he found information on the age of my dishwasher from a metal plate inside the machine. Quick discussion about merits of repairing an eleven year old machine followed by agreement that a repair would not really be worthwhile.

Very efficient booking process and arranged an engineer visit for the next day. However, our allocated engineer happened to be in the area and arrived within 90 minutes to assess the problem and get us up and running again.
