Rob, the engineer, contacted us and came out exactly when he said he would. He carried out a temporary fix while waiting for parts and came back out a soon as the parts arrived. He was friendly and professional, would not hesitate to recommend.
The serviceman was excellent. The problem was minor; cooker fan not working as it should. He diagnosed the problem, but the cooker hood is old and not made anymore. To mend it would mean major alterations to the kitchen. So we agreed NAC could do no more at the time. His advice and approach were just what I wanted. Many thanks, rob

This is one review I’m genuinely glad to write.The service from start to finish was excellent. Communication was great, and the actual repair process was very professional. Wez arrived when stated and my job was complicated and needed more than one visit. The parts were ordered and arrived quickly. When the part was fitted and it didn’t resolve, it was thought an extra part was needed, but Wez and other engineers spoke about this and identified an alternative way of fixing it without extra cost. It worked and others will help benefits from the shared best practice.
