Next day response by engineer to check out fault and straightforward explanation of work involved. Parts ordered and repair completed within a few days. The engineer was an extremely efficient and pleasant gentleman who explained everything very carefully to us oldies!

The whole process was efficient, polite and professional. Booking online was extremely easy and this was followed up by introduction and confirmation. Whilst my oven could not be repaired due to its age and lack of spare parts, Jamie, was very helpful in answering my subsequent questions/queries in my imminent search for a replacement and eventual fitting etc.

We had an excellent experience with this repairs company. Our dishwasher was not working and it was one of the cheapest to book for repair because it was one fixed cost plus the parts but how many times they had to come. Booked it online easily, our engineer got in touch promptly and came on time. Unfortunately I don’t know his name but he was very helpful, friendly and explained everything. Came a couple of days later with part and it was fixed. We thought this was going to cost us a new dishwasher. Thank you NAC! It’s nice to find a local company that is so professional!
The engineer who came to help was very pleasant and when he rang to arrange a time was in fact able to come earlier than the original lady had suggested. Although our fridge freezer was confirmed to be not worth fixing I felt he gave a clear explanation which sounded sensible based on his knowledge.
