I notified NAC online, with my fan oven not heating up, next day I had an engineer out, all ready with the appropriate part,engineer was very efficient, explaining exactly what he was doing as he went along, tested sticker put on oven after he checked all in working order, from start to finish a very quick & efficient service given, with knowledgeable staff, thankyou.

My fridge freezer started to fail ,and the fridge section was not cold enough.
So I contacted NAC on line they sent out an engineer to fix it . He was great identified the problem and ordered the parts then came back a fitted the new parts . It’s working well again ,very professional and friendly great service by a local guy. Will definitely use NAC again and would recommend them definitely.

The electrician/engineer arrived on the time stated and promptly dismantled my microwave. He spent quite a time on it but had to tell me that the repair would cost more than a new model. As this microwave (Indesit) was only 18 months old I was very disappointed but decided on a working condition only item as per the original. He wrote down the 4 problems my model had and stated that I had just been unlucky with the item. Great service, not only on time but honest.
Very speedy response to enquiry about broken oven. Local electrician rang within an hour and a booking was made for the 24 hrs later. Electrician arrived very helpful and honest and after checking the appliance I made decision to replace it. Electrician helped to source it and 24 hours later new built in oven installed and up and running
