Jake the Engineer visited us very soon after the phone call.
Very pleasant, accessed the problem, but needed to order the part from Bosch.
Jake rang back to say unfortunately this part is out of stock. Should be available in two weeks.

From the first phone call I made all I got was help and reassurance. Mark Lang was my knight in shining armour. He visited the next day, ordered the part and within two days my fridge freezer was up and running. Wonderful service, very polite, helpful and understanding. Now I know who to call on if I have any other problems. Fantastic service.
The engineer turned up at the agreed time and replaced the faulty part at a reasonable cost.

Very helpful when I first phoned. Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment for an engineer to visit. Kept updated on time the engineer would arrive. Reasonable prices. Work area was left clean and tidy.
My repair was carried out efficiently and quickly. My kitchen was left clean and tidy. I was kept fully informed of the expected arrival time both the day before with the repair chap letting me know when he was going to arrive on the morning of the actual job. He was polite, friendly and professional.
