I was informed when the engineer would come. He was very pleasant and left the place pristine. It is wonderful to have my microwave working again. It was wonderful to find a firm who would repair all Neff appliances. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Alex arrived within the time slot given, was very quick to remedy the problem and was very mindful of the wooden flooring when taking out the washer/ dryer. He cleaned up after his task and spent some time putting the machine back into its place. This was not an easy task!!
