From ringing to make appointment Engineer turning up on the same day which was a bonus and sorted washing machine very polite and friendly would certainly recommend and use again if I require.

The engineer was prompt and clear in his assessment that our 24 year-old Bosch Maxx was not repairable as the central hub had started to break as well as the reported fault of not emptying. Of course it is disappointing to pay £80 for a call out only to find that the machine is not worth repairing, but the risk was clearly presented by the person who answered the phone, so no complaints and the engineer had brought the replacement pump part if the machine had been worth repairing.
