Rang and spoke to a lady called Wendy who said the Engineer would ring with a time to come. He rang really quickly and although he couldn’t repair our fridge freezer he was good with communicating and polite.

Very happy with the service all round. The engineer visit was the day after my initial call, he sent a text to give me a time slot and arrived promptly.
