Polite and efficient operative arrived on time on the date chosen by me to repair a leaking washing machine. The leak came from the door due to a build up of lime scale. I was shown how to clean it properly so the proplem will not reoccur. I have used NAC before and am happy to recommend them.
We contacted NAC, via email, and the next day someone was out to review the dryer. Payment is made upfront, including the parts, so once the job is done there are no hidden costs. Text updates are provided to keep you aware of the timeframe of visits, and these are changeable if needed.
Good company listened to what the problem was with my oven and I was allocated an engineer. He arranged a visit and arrived in the allocated time and diagnosed the issue. He came back soon after with the new part.
