The standard of service I received from NAC was excellent. From initial phone call to completion of work every aspect was covered by email or text – so efficient at every level. The Engineer was extremely courteous and well-organised – solved the problem and scheduled the repair with everything complete within a matter of days … definitely an asset to the company. Washing machine fixed.

The washing machine repair man came out between a ETA that was prearranged. He said he needed a part so that was ordered and then within 5 working days he returned to fit it to the machine.

The machine now works as before , very happy with the service.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with NAC. From the very first phone call until fitting the new part, the communication and efficiency was honestly unlike anything I’ve dealt with before.
My washing machine is 18 years old and needed a new seal, so I was very keen to get the part replaced rather than buy a new machine for environmental reasons. After my initial phone call, the engineer was scheduled to visit within a 24 hour period. During the visit, the engineer not only confirmed the need for the replacement seal, but also tested all other aspects of the machine to ensure there wasn’t anything else wrong with it. I received a confirmation email that day to say that the part had been ordered. The payment method was very streamlined and the engineer was very positive, hard-working and eager, which I found very refreshing. I’m confident my machine will go for another 18 years!

Efficient service, prompt and as promised. This was my first time using NAC. The service was exactly as described to me when I called. There were no hidden extras or unpleasant surprises. They communicated clearly at each stage of the booking. Kingston arrived on time and sorted the problem quickly. I would consider using NAC again.

Turned up when they said they would. Told us what was wrong with our dishwasher how much it would cost to repair. Came a few days later did the repairs showed us all the faulty parts. Dishwasher now works great. Can’t ask for much more.

Engineer turned up on time when he said he would. He was polite and showed me what was wrong with my machine as he found the problem. He has had to order a part so will be coming back. He told me costs before ordering.
