Came out just before Xmas and worked with us on times as we both work. Repaired oven in 20 minutes ready for us to use for family dinner on Xmas day, lifesavers, thanks very much. Will use again definitely.
Engineer came out when he said he would. Explained the fault and the costing to repair. It would have worked out more expensive to repair than to replace.
Wayne got a replacement hob and fitted it the day before Xmas – to make sure I was able to cook Xmas dinner for 11 people!

Initial visit to assess the problem was very quick and less than a week later my parts had been ordered and my date for fixing the issue had been arranged.
