Everything went according to plan. Got call to give a time slot and a further call when Engineer was near by. Friendly man who explained what the problem was and how to fix it. Basically a design fault will the dishwasher.
The last review I wrote on Trustpilot was also about NAC in 2022, and it is a pleasure to be able to say that their standards of service have been maintained. I made the booking at 7pm in the evening and our engineer, Mr Daniel Hosking, arrived at noon the next day. He worked quickly and very efficiently, diagnosing, finding and fixing the problem with our dishwasher within thirty minutes. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and a very good representative for your company. Your service is excellent in all respects.
No repair has been carried out as computer fault causing left side plates on induction hob to fail and this could happen to right side plates. Also crack on front edge of hob so new hob needed. Good advice from technician
