The week before Christmas, our cooker broke down. One call to NAC and a repair was booked. The repair took less than half an hour and the repair man stayed until he was sure that all was working perfectly.
Prompt and polite service fixed problem, discussed options. Would definitely recommend I would use them again.

The process for booking was really easy and the engineer was in contact to let me know the time on the day and he did a marvelous job . He was very polite and explained what had gone wrong with my machine and fixed it there and then. The cost was very very reasonable and it was a great service experience.
The engineer who came to repair the gas hob was punctual knowledgeable and very tidy completed the work without fuss and left me confident the job was well done I would not hesitate to use again getting someone who is corgi registered is not easy

Very nice gentleman came out he tried everything sadly it couldn’t be fixed as the part that had broken was no longer for sale no fault of the gentleman who came out .

The guy Glen came out the next day, said the part was obsolete but will check in there warehouse if they have the part.
Sure enough he came out the next day and fitted the part and saved our Christmas.
