NAC phoned when they said they would. The engineer arrived when we were told he would, and stayed as long as was needed without us feeling he was rushing to get away. All the costs were explained at each stage before going ahead. He was informative, pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend NAC.

It was hard finding a gas appliance engineer. They seem to be only supplied by specialist companies and some are expensive. Fortunately I stumbled up on NAC Repair and were the most competitively priced. Phoned on a Friday, came on the Monday. The repair guy was quick and didn’t realise it was such an easy repair. Though I’m glad it was done as there was only a week to Christmas and I needed the AEG Hob fixing. LOL

Called over the Christmas period as my mum’s fridge freezer had broken and NAC sent somebody out the same day. Whilst the machine could not be repaired, we were pleased to know the situation so we could then look to replace the old machine.
