My parents washing machine suddenly stopped draining. I wasn’t sure if it was even worth repairing as it was so old. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and sent someone the next day. He was brilliant: fast, helpful and honest – he didn’t try selling me a replacement part, but said the old one would be fine (a rubber band had got caught around the pump motor).
I would feel very confident using this company again and recommending them for older people (my parents are in their 80s).

Excellent service, phoned to enquire about a simple washing machine repair. Called at 1:20pm, and the engineer turned up at 2:30pm. Engineer – and trainee, were friendly, helpful, and even tolerated my questions! Had a slight hiccup in that payment was taken twice, but called immediately, and was refunded straightaway. Will definitely use the service again if needed.

we got a freezer that worked.
After over a period of not daring to put things in it the workman removed the drawers, we could’nt, and removed a load of ice from freezer and its now working beautyfully. We will in future make sure it is always closed properly and thank you for not giving us a deserved lecture.
