I was beginning to despair that anyone would come out to fix my faulty integrated tumble dryer and purchasing a replacement with the specific dimensions was time consuming, frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful. Our fan oven heating element failed over the holidays and we called NAC afterwards to repair it. They came within a couple of days and having checked for the correct element fitted a new one a day later so very satisfied with the response.
