The Engineer who came was able to find the problem with my oven without any difficulty. He knew exactly what he needed to test and was able to tell me what part needed to be ordered which he put in place once the order was through and he made me a second visit.

Contacted NAC when my Samsung American style freezer stopped dispensing water. The call handler was professional and courteous and booked a service visit within a few days. Communication was very good regarding the engineer visit with emails and text messages to confirm date and ETA.
The engineer Danny readily identified the problem as a blown heater matrix which had subsequently caused the water tank to freeze and split. The necessary spare parts were promptly ordered and Danny returned 5 days later with the spares to complete the repair. All in all a very competent service with no hassles whatsoever.
