Michael fixed my washing machine the day after I booked in my complaint. Although I suspected a drainage pump issue, he had a good look and discovered the issue with the outlet hose. Called before he came as well. Overall highly recommended.

Phoned Nac and they put me in touch with an Engineer, he phoned me within a couple of hours and made an appointment for the following day
