Excellent service and reliability from start to finish

Efficient, quick response, engineer arrived promptly on a day and time to suit me, had replacement part with him, and sorted out the problem straight away and got my oven running again as normal in no time.

The service is not cheap, but it is excellent value. The whole process was well managed and the engineer who came to do the repair was extremely pleasant and efficient. A job well done!

The young gentleman who conducted the repair was very professional, skilled, diligent and very tidy. His politeness was greatly appreciated and his explanation of the problem was clear. He showed me exactly the fault and ordered the spare part immediately following my approval. He kept me informed and arrived to fix the dishwasher as soon as the part was available 2 days. Really great service. I was worried I’d have to buy a new integrated dishwasher which are expensive but the engineer located the issue (split hose). Ordered new part and came back to fit it quickly….even straightened up the position of the dishwasher as it was wonky!!
